Every apartment opens to breathtaking valley views, with sunsets and greenery that reflect Himachal’s true beauty. Coming from the hospitality industry, I can confidently say the team here is exceptional, creating an experience that’s nothing short of phenomenal.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a place that offered everything we were looking for: a perfect location with stunning views, a welcoming ambiance, an engaging community, and a team deeply committed to creating the best experience. The process has been flawless, and Manav, the promoter, truly stands out with his passion and dedication. At nearly 7,000 feet above sea level, Auramah Valley gives us cool climates and even snowfall in winter. What makes it special is that it’s not just a commercial venture the team has invested their heart and imagination into building a community where people feel genuinely comfortable and connected.
Auramah Valley perfectly matched our idea of life in the hills. It was exactly what we were looking for. I loved it so much that I brought friends from Dubai, and after experiencing the hospitality, weather and even a picnic in the hills, they all ended up buying too. What we found here was everything one could ask for a pristine location, serene sunsets and an environment of peace and purity. The quality of construction and the passion of the developers gave us complete confidence, and they delivered exactly as promised on time. This was a property I instantly fell in love with because it truly checked every box. The location is perfect with close proximity to Shimla, the Naldehra Golf Course and even the convenience of a helicopter service. Every apartment I saw had an unobstructed view of the hills, which was simply stunning. The facilities stood out too from the tuck shop that brought back school memories to the beautifully designed clubhouse with its pool, chandelier, cigar room and bar. The aesthetic detail and thought put into everything made the experience exceptional.
Buying a home here has been one of the nicest experiences I’ve had, and the credit goes entirely to Manav and Sagri. From the very first meeting, my wife and I felt their passion and vision for building not just homes but a real community where every resident matters. We were also incredibly impressed with the Himachali cuisine prepared by the chefs and the vibrant clubhouse with its pool, gym and bar. With plans like artists in residence, it’s clear this place is set to become a lively hub full of culture and connection.
The kids absolutely love it here, especially being able to play outdoors in the fresh afternoon weather, something they rarely get in Delhi. The location, the ambiance and the climate make it an ideal holiday home. What I appreciate most is how thoughtfully the place is designed to be self-sustained from the spa, pool and tennis courts to the business center that makes balancing work and leisure easy. Every detail has been considered, which truly sets it apart from other projects.
What I truly appreciate is that everything is always ready and perfectly arranged whenever we arrive, even on short notice. With a small baby, reliable service and support are so important, and we’ve always felt well taken care of. From fresh sheets to any assistance we might need, even medical help if required, the team makes sure every detail is handled with care. It gives us complete peace of mind
Every visit has been a wonderful experience because the team looks after us so well. Before we arrive, the apartment is always prepared and perfectly done up, which makes us feel instantly at home. The housekeeping is excellent no matter what we need, the staff is excellent, cheerful and always willing to help without any fuss. Their warmth and attentiveness make every stay truly special.
