Auramah Valley has three fantastic in-house chefs, two of whom were formerly associated with Oberoi hotels. Whatever the style of food you are looking at, they would be happy to whip it up for you. And we don’t do things in half-measure: what you get is professional expertise, both in terms of taste and presentation.
We do have a suggestion, however. Do not let your guests leave with having tasted some authentic Himachali food that our chefs can whip up for you. These are not standard restaurant fare we are talking about.
