Neighbors turn friends and very soon, there is a sense of camaraderie, of moments spent in joyful sharing of stories and memories.
Which is why we sometimes host parties, just for the heck of it? Get-togethers where Auramah Valley homeowners enjoy an evening of good food and companionship in the comfort of the superior facilities on offer. And sometimes we extend the guest list to include some non-resident, well-known entities from Shimla too – just to add variety to the mix and encourage wider conversations.
Our residents love to host get-togethers too. At times it is just their friends and neighbors within the community. At other times they have family or friends from other parts visiting. After all, how can you not share something as special as this with your loved ones? Luckily, Auramah Valley has ample facilities to accommodate guests too, so there is no worry about making arrangements for their stay. The Venue
The Clubhouse is a preferred venue for our get-togethers and parties. The spacious interiors are done up tastefully and offer ample space for whatever size of a party you have in mind. Guests just love lounging in the welcoming sofas or wandering around exploring the myriad facilities on offer. The most irresistible part, perhaps, is the terrace overlooking the pine forest.
This breath-taking view never fails to create an impact. You feel the cares of the world fall away as you gaze at the spectacle of Nature’s bounty all around you and take in the warmth and friendship all around.
The Culinary Delights
What is a celebration without some memorable food? Up here in the mountains, arranging for catering for your get-togethers is a worry you can dispense with! Auramah Valley has three fantastic in-house chefs, two of whom were formerly associated with Oberoi hotels. Whatever the style of food you are looking at, they would be happy to whip it up for you. And we don’t do things in half-measure: what you get is professional expertise, both in terms of taste and presentation.
We do have a suggestion, however. Do not let your guests leave with having tasted some authentic Himachali food that our chefs can whip up for you. These are not standard restaurant fare we are talking about. We mean original recipes, made with locally grown and freshly sourced organic ingredients, in the true manner and taste of Himachali cuisine.
The Convenience
At Auramah Valley, a 22-apartment luxury complex called ‘The Stable’ offers convenient accommodation for your visiting friends and family. Without the hassles of booking hotel rooms away from your residence, your guests are close and hand and able to share in the joys you wake up to. You can plan convenient day trips and other activities for your guests, knowing they are close at hand and offering them a bit of privacy as well.

The joy of owning a luxury home in the lap of the Himalayas is something our residents have always enjoyed celebrating. But with the arrival of the pandemic, there is a greater number of events happening here and the reason is pretty simple. Social distancing does not get any better than this! The exclusivity of the location, the extensive grounds, and strict admission guidelines all ensure safe social bubbles in which residents can freely interact and celebrate.
Auramah Valley places the greatest importance on keeping our residents safe. COVID protocols, as advised by the authorities are strictly adhered to. For one, a negative COVID test is mandatory to gain
entry here. Once you are here, our 24-hour on-duty nursing staff is always at hand to provide any assistance required. All residents are checked regularly to ensure everyone is doing well.
The abundant caution exercised in this regard gives our residents a sense of security that enables free interaction and socialization. Also, the option to rent apartments within the complex takes away the fear of staying in hotels in the present circumstances. Which is why, perhaps, even more than before, we see happy faces engaged in animated conversations in our clubhouse, as a regular feature of life here.
The uplifting properties of the mountain air may also have something to do with it. After all, what can be better for the body than brisk walks in the purest of air, amid the greens of the surrounding forests? Our residents and their guests love the outdoors – from our own outdoor gym overlooking the mountains to the wealth of walking trails and picnic spots in and around.
