Naldehra is predominantly popular for its golf course, natural landscape and horse riding.

One can go on a gentle trek up to Craignano and the enthusiasts looking for a longer trek can challenge their endurance on a trek to Shalli Peak. Travelers can also enjoy quiet walks in and around the slopes of Naldehra which are alluringly covered with Blue Pines and towering Deodars trees.

This mesmerizing place is also popular for the Joton Ka Mela (Bull Exhibition) and the Sipi Fair which are celebrated every year with a great enthusiasm by the local communities. Apart from it you can also visit the Mahunag Temple and you can also buy hand-woven shawls, caps, and other food items from the local shops.

THE GOLF COURSE

The most prominent highlight of Naldehra is its premium golf course. It is placed at a height of 6706 feet and is amongst the highest and oldest golf courses in India. In 1905 Lord Curzon transformed an open space amongst the woods into a 9-hole golf course which was later expanded to an 18-hole course. Further expansion has been planned to make the course at par with the best in the country.

It is a highly scenic locale and a popular tourist attraction just 4 minutes drive from Auramah Valley and 22 Km from Shimla. It is one of the most challenging golf courses in India and an excellent locus where you would love to play a game of golf on any given day. This golf course also has a high-class clubhouse which is open to members as well as nonmembers.

Craignano

Craignano is a spectacular tourist destination on Shimla-Naldehra Highway and is decoratively placed at a height of 7700 feet above the sea level. The entire locale is surrounded by beautiful Oak and Pine woodland and is located at a short distance of approximately 18 Km from Shimla. This place has been named after an Italian town, "Craignano."

It is quite famous among locals and travelers for a gorgeous Italian style villa that was constructed by an Italian national, Chevalier Federico Peliti. Apart from the scenic beauty, it is also famous for its incredible water lift system that was built during the British regime. This water lift system is located at an altitude of approximately 7600 feet above the sea level. Adventure enthusiasts, on the other hand, can engage themselves in activities like rock climbing, rappelling and fishing.

Mashobra, A small town in Shimla district is located at an altitude of 2146 Mts above the sea level. This beguiling region is situated at a distance of 11.6 Km from Naldehra and 12.8 Km from Shimla. Mashobra is a popular tourist destination and is surrounded by the mystical forests of Oak, Cedar, Pine, and Deodar trees.
