A connoisseur of fine living, Manav Singh, Founder and Chairman of Imperial Holding Group noticed that among his friends and peers, there was a deep-rooted attraction to the hills. There was hardly anyone who did not run away to cooler climes, given any opportunity.
It was this realisation that led him to set up Imperial Realty and Developments that got to work on Himachal Pradesh’s most luxurious real estate project- Auramah Valley.
Mr Manav Singh opens up regarding his vision for premium living in the pristine hills in this interview.
Interviewer: Could you tell us about your inspiration behind the idea for a luxury township in Shimla?
Mr. Manav Singh: Most of us have grown up vacationing in Shimla or Srinagar or Mussoorie, not Singapore or Thailand. So, I felt deep down there is this aspiration to own a house in the hills. People also feel the need to get away and are tired of living in match box size apartments. This is where I felt there was an opportunity -in fact a need -for such a large-scale project in Himachal. We took it up with the mission of becoming the Number 1 real estate company in the state.
Interviewer: So, what is your vision for Auramah Valley?
